We have free worldwide shipping for all products 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping usually takes 10 – 14 days after the order processing time.

You will receive two emails after your purchase. An email order notification will be emailed to you immediately confirming we have received your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email, once your product(s) shipped with the tracking number inside.

For all orders tracking number will be attached.

International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on where you are ordering from.

In some cases international orders can take up 45 business days depending your customs processing time.

Order processing time can take from 3 to 7 business days.

** Shipping time can be affected due to different COVID-19 customs processing time in all countries. The situation in the world is terrible and we kindly suggest to wait for some more time as we're in the middle of a global pandemic where the health and safety of operators is the cause of delays. 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

All Other International Orders

If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 120 days since the order was processed the buyer may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse shipments from www.marvelouspoint.com, your order will be destroyed by the courier and you won’t be able to get your money back.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. MarvelousPoint does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.
